カーザドルチェカーザは「いとしき我が家」という意味。思わず「ただいま」と言いたくなる。そんな空間をイメージしたお店です。南イタリア料理を中心に、新鮮なとりどりの魚介をさまざまな調理方法でご提供します。
Volevamo creare un luogo dove sentirsi a proprio agio e dove la cucina dell’Italia si fonde con l’ospitalità dei suoi abitanti, con il loro amore per la casa, la famiglia e lo stare insieme (anche e soprattutto a tavola!). Per questo abbiamo scelto il nome Casa dolce casa: per chi ha nostalgia di casa, per chi vuole sentirsi un po’ in famiglia e in un ambiente accogliente, per chi ama l’Italia e ne vuole approfondire la cultura.
We wanted to create a cozy and comfortable space where Italian cuisine meets the hospitality of Italian people, with their love for home, family and being together (especially sitting down at the table!). For this reason, we chose the name “Casa dolce casa” (“home sweet home” in Italian language): for everyone who feels homesick, for the ones who want to feel at home and in a welcoming environment, for anyone who likes Italy and wants to go deeper into Italian culture.

6年間シチリアで修業を積んだシェフが腕をふるう南イタリア料理。「シチリアを食べずしてイタリアを語るな」と言われるほど、美食の国イタリアの中でもシチリアのお料理は食の魅力に溢れています。
魚の料理
オーナーシェフは、魚介をメインで扱うイタリアンレストランで長年料理長を務めてきました。ディナーでは、お魚を丸ごと使ったこだわりの料理を味わっていただきます。
ワイン
燦々と太陽が降り注ぐ温暖な南イタリアは、果実味あふれるワインの名産地。太陽と風と肥沃な土壌が育てた絶品のワインを種々取り揃えています。
ランチにもチカラを入れています。
